VIRTUAL ADVICE & PRICE INQUIRIES
We get a lot of messages asking whether a service we offer is right for them, how much botox they need, what products they should use, etc. These are questions we cannot answer without a proper in-person assessment. We need to know more about your skin history, medical history, lifestyle, and seeing your actual skin before recommending anything.
Pricing for most of our services are listed on our website and our online scheduler. A consultation is necessary for service recommendations and costs related to what we recommend & what you're interested in.
Service Booking
WE WILL NO LONGER BOOK APPOINTMENTS VIA EMAIL, TEXT, DM, PHONE.
Please use our online scheduler for all bookings. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information to secure your booking. It will not be charged until the end of your appointment date. Your card will be charged when cancelling within 48-hours or if you do not show up. Your card information is not visible to us but is kept safe and secure on our scheduler. You can log in any time to make changes to your appointment up until 48-hours prior.
If you are unsure which service to book for, select one that is closest to what you're looking for and it will be adjusted on the day of appointment as necessary.
Consultation Fee
Our consultation is a non-refundable fee $100 plus tax. If you decide to proceed with the service you're consulting about on the same day, only $25 consult fee will be charged.
We uphold a consultation fee because time is spent with you and we feel it's fair to be compensated for the time if clients do not wish to proceed with a service or product purchase. We appreciate your understanding and valuing our time.
If you cancel within 48-hours or do not show, the full fee will be charged and is non-refundable & non-transferable to a new consultation appointment.
Follow Up Consultations
If you purchased products or completed a skin treatment and have questions, please schedule a follow up. We will no longer complete follow up consultations via text or Instagram direct message. Follow ups can be done virtually or in person.
The first 15 minutes will be complementary. Every 15 minutes after that will be $25.
If you cancel within 48-hours or do not show, the full fee will be charged and is non-refundable & non-transferable to a new follow up appointment. Please be aware time is reserved for you.
This will not apply for emergency situations like filler vascular occlusion event and allergic reactions.
Cancellations & No-Shows Policy
Our online scheduler sends appointment reminders 72-hours, 48-hours and 24-hour prior to appointment via email and text. Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. This gives us time to replace your time slot. We are independently operated and take a significant loss when clients do not show up OR cancel with little to no notice. I respect your time and understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen, please try to inform me via call / text / email that you will not be able to make it. The following fee structure applies regardless of reason.
Cancelling or Rescheduling 48 hours+ before appointment: no fee will be charged.
Cancelling or Rescheduling within 48 hours: 50% fee will be charged. Fee collected will NOT be credited towards rescheduled appointment.
No-Show: 100% fee will be charged. Fee collected will NOT be credited towards rescheduled appointment.
Clients with Pre-Paid Services: Late cancelation within 48-hours & No-Show will be subject to $50 to $100 + tax (depending on service) that is non-refundable and non-transferable to any future service. Please refer to our online scheduler.
If you are late
We reserve the right to refuse service & charge a late-cancellation fee if you are late for your appointment or if we cannot guarantee completing the entire service within the time remaining. Please plan ahead to ensure you have adequate time to arrive on time.
Payment Processing
All forms of payments are accepted. Our preferred method is DEBIT or EMT or CASH. Payments can be processed in person or through our online scheduler.
Applying Perks or Promotional Offers
All applicable discounts & loyalty program perks and promotional offers will be applied in person.
Covid & Flu-Like Symptoms
If you develop symptoms of covid or cold/flu, please reschedule until you are better.
Medical History Intake & Treatment Consent Forms
All services will require a proper assessment of medical history to determine if the service is suitable for you. Before we proceed with any service, your treatment consent is required. We will be reviewing the consent form with you. It is important for you to carefully read and understand the treatment information, potential side effects & adverse reactions & complications, expectations, and post-treatment instructions. All information is kept confidential.
Right to Refuse Service
Our goal is to provide safe services and help you within reasonable boundaries. We will refuse service when it is unsafe to perform a service for your skin's state, when there are alternative options that we do not offer, when we cannot meet your expectations, when you cannot comply to pre- & post- treatment care instructions, or if it is something out of our scope of practice.
We will refuse service & charge a late-cancellation fee when you are late for your appointment and we cannot complete the entire service within the time remaining.
Photos
Before & after photos of the treatment area are taken to view treatment progress. They can be especially helpful for botox procedures, filler procedures, peels, microneedling, facial, and laser treatments. Photos are confidential and kept secure with your profile. Photos can be helpful for us to show treatment results and expectations for our clients on social media. If you do not wish for your photos to be used on social media, you are welcome to let us know. We will never post without your consent. When posting, we ensure your identity is not revealed such as blurring or covering eyes and lips. We will never reveal your name, personal information and medical information. Information that can be revealed may include: name of service, number of sessions (we do not disclose botox dosage, # of filler syringes), product(s) used, reason for the procedure (acne, pigmentation, wrinkles, acne scars, redness, hair loss). If there are any of these information that you do not want us to disclose in description, feel free to let us know.
Duration of Service
The approximate duration of your service is displayed on our online scheduler. It is important to be on time. If you require further consultation during a service, please select the added time. Do not linger around after your appointment as we must clean and disinfect the work area for our next appointment.
Age for Services
We will only service clients from age 18. All clients under 18 will require a written + signed permission from a parent/guardian or to be present during most services. We will not provide cosmetic botox and filler for those under age 18.
Gender for services
Everyone is welcome to receive service.
Personal Belongings
A bin will be available in each room for your belongings. Bring only essentials (phone, wallet, keys). Do not bring excessive belongings. We will not assume liability for any lost or forgotten belongings.
Pricing & Promotions
You can find our service prices under our Menu and online scheduler. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time. Packages are available for selected services that offer better value. From time to time, we offer promotional offers for a limited time. Price adjustments for previous purchases is not permitted. Promotional offers cannot be combined with offers/discounts, gift card purchases, gift certificates in which a discount was applied. We do not price match other providers.
Tips
While we are grateful for your business, a tip is not expected. We truly appreciate your business and welcome referrals or a google review as the greatest form of tip :)
Returns & Exchanges
All service, packages, and product purchases are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no substitutions. Should you experience a reaction, please contact us immediately.
Retail Shipping
We can ship in-stock products at additional cost. Shipping cost will be based on weight of your package. Shipping cost can start from $15 to 20+ and will be shipped via Canada Post. Once your package is shipped out, we hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you would like additional insurance added, please let us know.
If you request Uber pick ups, you are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of your package. We hold no responsibility for lost, stolen and undelivered packages. You are responsible for arranging pick-up time and costs related to the pick-up.
Guests
We want you to enjoy your service as this is your time. Additional guests including children are NOT permitted. Pets are NOT permitted.
Professionalism & Respect
We treat our clients with utmost professionalism and respect. Presently our services are performed by a Registered Practical Nurse governed by a regulatory body. It is important for a nurse to uphold professional standards and guidelines in a professional-client relationship. We also require our clients to be professional and respectful in our clinic, in the treatment room, and electronically. Should you experience an issue, we welcome your feedback.
