Bespoke Facials

Please add an "In-Person Consultation + Same Day Service" to your booking. Consultations are helpful, especially if you're a new client (or a current client with changes to your health), you would not want a skin provider to perform a facial without gathering more information about your skin and medical history! Additionally, bring a list of what you're using in your skin routine.

Book the Undecided Bespoke Facial and we can curate the facial on the day of your appointment. We don't always have to go ahead with exactly what you booked for. The Bespoke Facial allocates time for us to complete most of our facials and other skin treatments.

Our skin cell turnover cycle is every 30+ days. We recommend a facial every month to keep up with this process to maintain youthful clear skin. However, certain facials can be done weekly to bi-monthly especially when there is inflammation. Dermaplaning & HydraBrasion facials should only be done monthly and no earlier. If you can commit to regular facials, have this discussion with us so we can curate a plan for you.

We do facials on any age (age 16 and under with parental consent) and all genders. 

We do facials for all skin conditions.

• Arrive to your appointment with a clean makeup-free skin
• 5-7 days before your appointment, hold all active ingredients and physical exfoliation such as acid-based solutions & serums, retinol including prescription retin-a, hydroquinone, fruit enzyme mask, facial scrub
• Keep sun exposure minimal and wear sunscreen daily
• Wash your hair the night before or before your appointment
• Arrive with clothing that is easily removable so you can change into our tube robe.

Because some products we use during your facial can contain active ingredients and the skin's cell turnover process is stimulated, it is normal to have a post-facial purge/breakout. We recommend focusing on hydrating products in the first 5-7 days before re-introducing active products like acids or retinol. 

Immediate post-facial redness can occur especially when extraction is performed and should subside.

While allergic reactions are rare, you should contact us if an unusual rash occurs.

• Focus on skin hydration. Keep your skin routine basic for the first 5-7 days such as a gentle cleanser, hydrating serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Everything else in your skin routine can take a break. No actives.
• Change your pillowcase and towels.
• Disinfect any frequently used items that touch your skin like phone, headphones, etc.
• You can cleanse your face ~6-10 hours later, or you can wash the next morning.
• Avoid sun exposure and tanning especially the first week as your skin is very vulnerable to damage post-facial.
• Wear sunscreen daily of at least SPF40 especially the first week as your skin is very vulnerable to damage post-facial.
• Avoid active ingredients & any form of exfoliation starting the day of facial until a week later.
• Avoid makeup on the same day after the facial If you must, wear mineral makeup.
• Avoid hot temperatures.
• Avoid exercise and sweating for 24-48 hours. 
• Avoid treatments like laser hair removal, laser skin treatments, waxing and other facial treatments for at least 1 week post-facial

Our facials are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is still important to let us know so we can adjust the facial to avoid certain ingredients and/or technology.

If you have underlying medical condition(s) or undergoing a serious medical treatment like chemotherapy, we recommend getting clearance from your doctor before commencing the service. You are required to disclose this so we can determine if you can proceed with the service.
