Strict Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy for consultations applies: If you cancel within 48-hours or do not show, the full $100 + hst fee will be charged for in-person consultation and the full $25 + hst fee will be charged for follow-up consultation.

Virtual Consultation

Choose this consultation option for a virtual meet. You can consult for multiple services in one visit. Please log in 5 minutes before your appointment time to ensure your microphone and camera are working. If you are not logged in 5 minutes after the start of your scheduled time, we will mark the appointment as a no-show. Please have a list of your current skin routine and any topical or oral medications ready. Ensure you have good lighting so we can see your skin clearly.
In-Person Consultation + Same Day Service

Choose this option to have a consultation WITH a same-day service. Be sure to add this option to your booking with the service you are considering. The service can be changed on the day-of if necessary.

In-Person or Virtual Follow-Up Consultation

If you recently visited and have additional questions or looking for a routine update, please schedule a follow up consultation. We do not complete follow ups via email, text or instagram direct messages. Follow ups are complementary the first 15 minutes. Every 15 minutes thereafter will be $25.
