NEW CLIENT CONSULTATIONS
Below are our consultation fees, however it can be applied towards any service or product purchase within the same month.
In-Person Consultation

This consultation does not include a service on the same day as time is not allocated for it and therefore, at the time of your consultation we will schedule an appointment for the service selected. The consultation fee is $100 + hst, however the fee can be applied towards any service or product purchase within the same month. Please bring a list of your current skin routine and any topical or oral medications.
Virtual Consultation

Choose this consultation option for a virtual online discovery call. Please log in 5 minutes before your appointment time to ensure your microphone and camera are working. If you are not logged in 5 minutes after the start of your scheduled time, we will mark the appointment as a no-show. Ensure you have good lighting so we can see your skin clearly.
Please note that time is reserved for you and is treated like any other service appointment. Strict Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy for consultations applies: If you cancel within 48-hours or do not show, the full $100 + hst fee will be charged for in-person, in-person + same day service, and virtual consultations.
EXISTING CLIENT FOLLOW UP CONSULTATIONS

In-Person or Virtual Follow-Up Consultation

If you recently visited and have additional questions or need a skin routine refresher, please schedule a follow up consultation. We do not complete follow ups via email, text or instagram direct messages. Follow ups are complementary the first 15 minutes. Every 15 minutes thereafter will be $25.
Please note that time is reserved for you and is treated like any other service appointment. Strict Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy for consultations applies: If you cancel within 48-hours or do not show, the full $25 + hst fee will be charged for follow-up consultation.
